Co-Products
*Wet Distillers Grain with Solubles
Being high in by-pass protein, enables the WDGS to be more efficiently utilized by the animal than most other protein supplements. WDG can be picked up between 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday -Friday and 7:30 am - 10:30 am on Saturday.
*Syrup
Syrup is produced in the final production stage and is derived from evaporating Thin Stillage. Syrup can be picked up between 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday and 7:30 am - 10:30 am on Saturday.
*Corn Oil
Corn oil is spun out of the syrup stream inside the plant. It is yet another value product for Siouxland Energy that is sold either as a feed product in poultry or as an energy product to biodiesel plants. Our corn oil is marketed through FEC Solutions in Des Moines, IA. Loading hours are between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
